Dkpboard.com uses Headcount as addon to get the raids' information. The main developer of HeadCount is seppyk, and we thank his great work.
It's quite easy, as the rest of WoW's addons. After downloading Headcount from dkpboard.com/download, unzip it and copy the contain to /Interface/Addons/ inside your World of Warcraft instalation
The next time you launch WoW, ensure that Headcount is activated together with the other addons.
You will find Headcount in the mini-map, represented by a skull, as you can see in the image above. If you wish to see Headcount's whole options, or move this icon, you will see a tooltip with all the actions passing your mouse over the skull.
Headcount has a complete configuration, accessible from the mini-map
We recommend first of all to adjust the hour time zone in the Time section, and to check the Export Format (it must be dkpboad).
Once the raid is finished, you must export the raid with the correct format and upload the code in your Administration Panel.
In the Loot section you can indicate the minimun quality of the registered items. Usually epic quality items or higher are the only ones to be registered, but if you wish to include other, you have the option.
Headcount allows you to select which groups are in queue and which ones are in raid, as you can see in the following images, configuring it is too easy.
Clicking the skull in the mini-map will show you a menu as you can see in the image below. From there you can consult all the information achieved by the addon (Raid, assistants, bosskills, loots...)
Every time an item is given in a raid with Headcount activated, a new window like the one you can see above, will appear asking how many dkp cost has that item, the player who gained it and the Boss who dropped it.
In that window you can assign if the item goes for the Bank or if it will be disenchanted.
Very easy, from the raids window, select the raid you wish to export, check that it is finished and press the export button.
A new window will appear like the following, with the XML code which summarizes the raid's activity. Simply copy that text and paste it in the New Raid section in your Administration Panel
Don't worry, you only have to press again the export button and the code will appear one more time.
