Only if you are your guild's GM, in other case, you won't need to be signed up to see your guild's guildboard if the GM has already registered.

Dkpboard incudes a guild search engine by region and factions. You only have to enter your guild's name and it will do the rest.

Don't worry, Dkpboard automatically generates the statistics, so you will only have to care about raiding.

No, they will be updated frequently.

» What does it mean the right column's numbers?
Those are your raiding stats (general and weekly average). This data updates immediately. Raids per hour and Raid days per week are calculated as an average over the total raiding days, so your stats won't get corrupted if you decide not to raid some day.

» What does it mean the table appearing in each board?
It is the dkp distribution for each raider in that board. Depending in which the activated modules of that guild, a type of data or other will be shown.
You can also filter the raiders by class, function or the items that can use.
Clicking in the raider's name you will access to his/her personal profile.

This is the number of raiders (ordered by spec) that your guild needs, when a request is published, a contact form will be activated in order to send your apply.

Raid Management
» How can I upload a new raid?
You only have to copy the exported xml from the addon and paste it where administration panel indicates.
You must type a title for that raid and the board to which it belongs.
Next you will see a table with all your raid data read from the addon. You only have to check if them are correct and then store them in our data base. If there is something wrong you only have to correct it.

» I have assigned wrong the dkps or loots, how can I correct this?
In Manage Raid section, you can select the raid and edit the data.

Raiders Management
» What can I use for the raider's visibility?
If a raider is not visible, it won't appear in the public guildboard, this feautre is useful if a raider goes on holiday or if he/she will spent some time inactive, in this way, it won't adversely affect to the guild's stats.

Board Management
» What is it a board?
A board is a table of dkps absolutely independent from the rest. In this way, you can manage several dkps lists attending the organization of your guild, for example, 25 man raid, saturday's raid...
If you want to add a board you must type a name and a little description text.

» I can't add more boards
You can only manage 3 boards. If you have already reach the limit, you won't be able to add more.

» I get an error when I try to update my boards
Check if you have filled correctly the form, name and description are required.

» I have deleted a board, where are the missed dkps and raids
When you delete a board, all the raids and the dkps assigned to it are deleted.
If you don't want to lose those raids, you only have to assign them to other board.

Alias Management
» What is an alias and what is used for?
It's very usual to play with several WoW characters, because of this, Dkpboard gives you the option to add a relation between different raiders (main-alter).
So that, if in any raid your alter earns dkps, they will be assigned to your main raider.
You can add and remove alter raiders without losing their dkps.

Adjustments
» What is an adjustment?
It is a manual dkps assignation that can be applied over a guild's member's dkps. This adjustment can be an increment or a decrement of his/her dkps count, for reasons out of our system possibilities. For example, Leroy Jenkins could receive an adjustment of -1000 dkps over his dkps count after Upper Blackrock Spire raid.
This changes will be shown in your public site in order to promote a fair use of this feature.

» What is the guild's message? How can I edit it?
Is a little message that everybody can read in the front of your guildboard. You can edit it in the Edit Guild Message section.

» What are the Manage Guild's modules?
They are the different options Dkpboard offers to manage your guild's dkps. You must take into account that ZeroSum system is not compatible with the rest, and if you activate ir, the other modules will be deactivated.

» My dkps will be lost if I change my dkps system?
No, Dkpboard recalculates automatically your guild's dkps so you won't lose information. You can change the system whenever you want and so many times as you want.

Officers Management
» What is an officer for?
An officer is a user with the same edition privileges a GM has, so that, you can delegate responsibilities over other users.
If you delete an officer, his/her account will be suspended. He/she won't be able to log in into admin panel unless his/her account is re-activated. To do that, you should add again an officer with the same username and email. The reactivated officer will receive an email with the reseted password.

Recruitment Management
» How can I recruit players?
In the Recruitment section you can indicate, in case you need, the number of players of each spec your guild needs. This information will be shown in the public guildboard, so any player will be able to send an apply to the GM with all his/her information.
If your guild is not requesting any player, this option will be disabled automatically.
